Refund policy
1. Eligibility for Return / Exchange
- We accept returns and exchanges for new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged apparel items (dresses, swimwear, sleepwear, etc.) within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
- Hair-care products (e.g., oils) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Items marked “Clearance”, “Final Sale”, or “Discounted beyond X%” are not eligible for return or exchange.
- To be eligible, the item must have its original tags attached, be in original packaging, and must not show signs of wear, perfume/odor, or makeup stains.
2. How to Initiate a Return / Exchange
- Contact our Customer Service at [insert email: e.g., support@legz2sexy.com] with your order number, the item(s) you want to return or exchange, and whether you prefer a refund or exchange.
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send your item back.
- Do not ship items back without first receiving the RA number — unauthorized returns may be refused.
3. Return Shipping
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of shipment. Legz2Sexy is not responsible for items lost in transit.
- Once we receive the item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return/exchange.
4. Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days after we receive the item.
- Shipping fees (original or return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defect/incorrect item).
- If you paid via PayPal, Venmo or credit card, your refund will appear in your account according to your card issuer’s policies.
5. Exchanges
- If you’re exchanging for a different size or color of the same item, once we receive your original item we will ship the replacement at no extra cost (for standard shipping) and notify you of tracking info.
- If you wish to exchange for a different item entirely, treat the original item as a return and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographs of the issue. We will ship a replacement or offer a full refund (including shipping) once we verify the issue.
- Please keep the original packaging as we may request it for inspection.
7. International Returns
- For international orders, return eligibility is the same but you are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes incurred.
- We recommend selecting a shipping option with tracking and insurance.
- Refunds will be issued in USD, and the refund amount may reflect currency fluctuations.
8. Non-Returnable Items
- As noted: Clearance/Final Sale items, hair-care bottles once opened, underwear (if applicable), goods that show signs of wear/use, or items returned after the 30-day window.
9. Policy Changes
- Legz2Sexy reserves the right to modify or update this return policy at any time without prior notice. The version posted on our website at the time of your purchase will apply.
